Hello my arty friends,so sorry if you are following me on this blog as i haven't posted anything for a wee while.
so what have i been up to,you may ask.?
well i went to the wonderful "Just Imagine" bookshop in chelmsford run by the wonderful nikki gamble to see a wonderful talk by walker books.it was get so meet so many arty people talking about childrens books.do pop in if any of you are in chelmsford,uk.
i also was invited to go to london (Fleet Street) to be a honorary guest for the scbwi group (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators).this was the first time and maybe the last time i will be asked to be a guest,in which i met lots of writers and had a lot of ale,a very kind and wonderful group and look forward to the next one in august.(see photo)
as to my drawing a day ,yes only about 200 days left,a ongoing project i think..
i hope you are all being arty and i will try to put more work on this book ,maybe mix both together.
remember all ours is a life to draw..
